APARTAMENT 31

São Paulo, Brasil – 60 m²

A full renovation of a 50-year-old apartment, where all internal partitions were removed to create a continuous relationship between the kitchen, living, and study areas.

Only the bathroom walls were retained — one full bathroom and a smaller guest bathroom — while custom-designed furniture defines the transition between the social spaces and the bedroom.

All building systems were replaced and upgraded to improve performance and capacity. A new enlarged rear window becomes the main opening of the apartment, significantly enhancing natural light and spatial quality.

T@LCA

Talca, Chile – 48,000 m²

The project redefines the future use of the former Talca Prison site, transforming it into a mixed-use urban development.

The proposal integrates public spaces, commercial areas, cultural facilities, and municipal services.

The design is informed by the cultural context of the Maule Valley, promoting an active and connected urban environment.

Kikiriki House

Club de Campo, San Antonio de los Altos, Venezuela – 350 m²

The house is designed in direct response to the mountain topography of San Antonio de los Altos, integrating its structure into the slope of the site.

Organized across three levels that maintain direct contact with the terrain, the project maximizes natural light, ventilation, and climatic conditions.

Large openings frame distant views toward the city of Los Teques, establishing a continuous visual relationship between the house, the landscape, and the surrounding valley.

de la peña house

Restoration of a remarkable residence – 750 m²

The project involves the restoration of an original house designed by Oscar Tenreiro, recovering its initial structural configuration after years of alterations.

A new interior garden was introduced, connecting the kitchen and dining areas and creating a cloister-like space where natural light defines an atmosphere of intimacy within the home.

Apartment Vizcaya

Urbanización Vizcaya, Caracas, Venezuela – 85 m²

The apartment was fully transformed from a closed, low-light space into an open and naturally illuminated interior.

The kitchen becomes the central element of the home, organized around a central island that structures daily activities. A continuous wall of wooden cabinetry at the back provides storage and reinforces spatial order.

The design emphasizes spatial continuity, natural light, and functional integration between living areas.
